Meet the Team

At PJH solicitors we have an experienced team of family law specialists ready to assist you in the event of a relationship breakdown. We understand that this is a difficult time for you and that at such a time you need to have absolute confidence in the person dealing with your case. Each solicitor in the team deals exclusively with family law cases and has been doing so for a number of years. There are no newly or recently qualified solicitors on the team so you can be confident that you will be able to rely on the support of a highly skilled specialist to guide you with authority and sensitivity through this difficult process. We all work in the same building and we are able to work together as a team in the best interests of each client.

We aim to deliver the highest standards of service to our clients whilst remaining friendly and approachable. We are members of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution which is a group of independent family lawyers who are committed to easing the pain and financial cost of family breakdown. We adhere to the Resolution Code of Conduct which means that we aim to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational manner taking into account the needs of the whole family. Please click here to view the Resolution leaflet on divorce and separation. Collaborative Law is a relatively new way of dealing with family disputes, and for more information on Collaborative Law please click the link on the right.

Whether you need advice in relation to matters concerning children, maintenance, property rights, pensions, separation, co-habitation, domestic violence or child abduction, we can help you. We do not charge for the first half an hour of your initial meeting with us so that you can keep your cost to a minimum at the outset. At this meeting we assess your requirements and provide initial advice. If you decide to instruct us, our dedicated solicitors will deal with the matter for you, with assistance from the rest of the team if necessary.

Please do not hesitate to contact one of our Family Law Team on 020 8658 3922 or email the enquiry form and let us help you.
