Equality and Diversity

All SRA regulated firms have to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years. The SRA use this information to compile a report on diversity within the legal profession.

PJH collected the data in July 2017. All individuals were given the opportunity to provide their diversity data by filling out a questionnaire. 44% of the staff chose to complete this. The data provided was recorded anonymously so that it cannot be attributed to any individual.
