Equality and Diversity

In July 2015 the SRA introduced a requirement for all regulated firms to collect and publish their diversity workforce data by 30th September 2015.

It is noted that the questions relating to religion and sexual orientation are not required to be published and remain confidential. The data provided was recorded anonymously so that it cannot be attributed to any individual.

PJH collected the data in September 2015. All individuals were given the opportunity to provide their diversity data by filling out a questionnaire. 40% of the staff chose to complete this.
